The service help overcome problems concerning employing homeless people, as well as helps them exercise their basic democratic rights, an innovative answer to the insufficient of the current provision system.

The Nonprofit Foundation, complying with its strategic goals, aims at helping the homeless to find employment on the fob market by creating a complex service system.

In October 2002, the Nonprofit Foundation with significant financial support coming from Maholnap Foundation set up a new office, where it created the necessary infrastructure - a training room, waiting room, convenience-rooms. When designing the necessary infrastructure, they took the proposal of the National Labour Affairs Research and Methodology Centre into consideration.

The staff providing the services (one project manager with experience in social work, a psychologist, 4 social workers and a psychiatrist to act as supervisor) cares for 400 people a year. The number of those getting employed successfully is around 180 persons a year.

Differently from clubs searching jobs in a traditional way experts of the Foundation elaborated the program adjusted to the specific needs of the clients. With their qualification mapped, the homeless joining the program become participants of a training, which calls forth hidden or new skills to make them find a job successfully. Beyond this, they provide opportunities for their clients for free use of the telephone, copy machine and computer in order to help them find employment the earliest possible.

Financial support of the National Employment Public Foundation ensures continuous operation for the program.
