Maholnap Foundation organised a Charity Concert on the 25th of April, 2003 held in the Grand Hall of the Fasor Lutheran Secondary School. The purpose of the event was to raise funds to support the summer holiday of socially disadvantaged children. The Chief Patroness of the Charity Concert was: Mrs. Dalma Mádl.
Several disadvantaged children do not have any opportunity to enjoy the pleasures of the summer time like others, nor to spend at least one memorable, cheerful week in a good community in the summer. Maholnap Foundation aims to help them.
Our foundation combined charity with pleasure, that is why a Charity Concert seemed to be the the means we all liked the idea of.. Grant-making tickets of 1500Ft, 3000Ft or 5000Ft value were available at Maholnap Foundation.
If you want to give a general contribution to the projects supported by Maholnap Foundation you can do so on the following bank account:
Magyar Külkereskedelmi Bank: 10300002-20124795-70073285
The total income of the concert granted by you or your company was used to cover the expenses of the summer holiday of socially disadvantaged children. The grants were distributed following an official application procedure (call for proposals on www.maholnap.hu from 15 May, 2003).
Mrs. Dalma Mádl, First Lady of Hungary, also supports this initiative and she became the Chief Patroness of the charity concert. Thank you very much for her support!
